Shipping Terms

        All animals are shipped via UPS Priority Overnight, or FedEX Express Overnight 10:30 A.M. delivery (where available). We only ship Monday through Wednesday.  We reserve the right to delay shipping due to weather and temperature circumstances. Our animals are fed on a schedule and will not be shipped until they have had time to properly digest.

Guarantee

          All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy. Any animal arriving dead will be replaced with another animal of the same type (if available) or a full refund. Some one must be there to receive the animal. If animal arrives dead picture proof of dead animal must be provided with in 4 hours of animal arriving.  For all others, purchaser has 5 day health guarantee.  Any animal that dies or becomes sick in this 5 day period will be replaced or refund given. Buyer must provide proof that death or sickness was not buyers fault. Signed vet documents saying this must be provided to receive refund or replacement. Shipping charges will not be covered in guarantee. Buyer will also pay shipping on replacement animals.

Payment Plans

          We do accept payment plans. All payment plans are with 20% non refundable deposit to hold the animal. I have no set amount that you need to pay after that. You can pay what you can until the animal is paid off and ready to ship. I will never ship an animal until balance is paid in full. I am pretty flexible on payment but would like to see the animal paid off in 3 to 4 months if at all possible. I will continue to feed animal as all other animals are fed here. There will be no refunds on payment plans. If for some reason buyer changes there mind all money paid will be put towards another animal.  I accept money orders and paypal. I will also accept checks but funds must clear the bank before animals are shipped. There is a $30 charge for returned checks.
